Albright's Delights is a local bakery based in South St. Paul, Minnesota. We bake delicious treats such as Kouign Amann, Croissants, Cakes and more.

We are present in the South Saint Paul, Inver Grove Heights and West Saint Paul Farmer's Markets.

What is Kouign Amann?

Kouign Amann is a rich Breton pastry. Since this treat is made using a lamination technique, Kouign Amann has many thin layers of butter and sugar. Resulting in a treat that is crunchy and caramelized outside, but soft inside.

Orders

To place an order, go to our bakesy store, message us on Facebook or Instagram. Because the process of making Kouign Amann takes at least five hours, you can expect your order to be ready to be picked up within 1-2 days. We can deliver if you are in the area.
